William E. Keitel Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

William E. Keitel serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of QUALCOMM Incorporated. Keitel joined the Company in 1996 and has worked in senior management roles within corporate finance, serving as senior vice president and corporate controller since 1998.

Previously, Keitel served in various senior finance roles for Nortel, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, from 1983 until 1996. Prior to Nortel, he was with PepsiCo.

Keitel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
